We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that this excludes artwork that has been customised by framing or any modifications to it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at ciao@begsonarts.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will send you a replacement or refund your purchase, depending on your preference.
Please note that we do not refund shipping or handling charges, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
